Low Cost Spay/Neuter Program
This program provides assistance to low-income pet owners, as funding is available. Priority is given to those who are most in need. If approved, the limit is 3 pets per household, per year. Recipients are asked to contribute a co-pay of $5 per pet, which goes towards the cost of the spay/neuter. Applicants should send in the co-pay amount with their application for processing and approval. Applicants should allow approx 3-4 weeks for processing. In the event that they are not approved, applicants are refunded in full.
